UPDATED Restrictions in Andalusia until 10/12/2020

NOTE: The rules below have been extended for an additional two weeks and now apply until December 10, 2020.

New measures and restrictions within Andalusia. From November 10 until November 23, 2020, new measures and restrictions apply within Andalusia (except Granada, which has stricter restrictions):

1) The curfew is changed to 22:00-07:00, except for urgent matters such as medical visits.

2) Andalusia remains closed from the rest of Spain for an additional two weeks, until November 23.

3) A maximum of 6 people may gather together both at home and outdoors.

4) All municipalities are closed. If you have a valid reason to travel between them, that is permitted. NOTE: Estepona is its own municipality. Puerto Banús belongs to Marbella. Check where the boundary is where you live.

5) All workplaces deemed non-essential must close from 18:00h. The following may remain open:

– Industries

– Grocery stores

– Hospitals and healthcare

– Cleaning companies and domestic cleaning services

– Social services

– Veterinarians

– Gas stations

– Delivery services (Glovo, Deliveroo, etc.)

– Physical activity conducted outdoors

6) Toy stores may remain open until 20:00h.

NOTE: Restaurants and cafés must close to customers from 18:00h. However, they may continue to deliver food for takeout until 23:30h. The last food order from customers must be received by 22:30h at the latest. They therefore have an exception from the curfew that begins at 22:00h. Customers may collect takeaway until the curfew begins.
