For those who are tax residents in Spain – time to declare 2019 income

It’s soon time to prepare the tax return for the income year 2019. If you are a tax resident in Spain, you must declare all your income both within and outside of Spain. The declaration period is from May 1 to June 30.

It’s important to remember that you no longer receive income statements from Sweden; instead, you must now locate these income statements yourself and forward them to us. You can find income statements on the payers’ websites.

To assist you with the declaration, we need information about pensions, stock dividends, securities transactions, interest income, salary income, board fees, and any other income. We also need to know which bank account you want any refunded tax, paid in Sweden, to be deposited into, as well as from which bank account in Spain the Spanish tax should be deducted.

The average exchange rate for currency conversion between Swedish kronor and euros is 10.5891 kronor. This means that 1 euro equals 10.5891 kronor.

You are welcome to send all documentation to us via email or by visiting our office starting now.
