The president of Andalusia, Juanma Moreno, has confirmed the measures effective from 17/1-2021 in Andalucía.

Summary:

1. Perimeter quarantine in Andalucía remains in effect, meaning you cannot enter or leave Andalucía without a valid reason.

2. Perimeter quarantine in all 8 provinces.

3. Restaurants, cafes, and other businesses may remain open from morning until 6:00 PM.

4. Curfew between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. May be moved forward to 8:00 PM.

5. Gatherings limited to maximum 4 people.

6. Municipalities with over 500 infections per 100,000 inhabitants will be under perimeter quarantine (list of municipalities in this category is updated daily)

7. Restaurants and businesses must remain closed in municipalities with over 1,000 infections per 100,000 inhabitants (list of municipalities in this category is updated daily)

8. Universities: cities at risk level 4 must implement remote learning.

9. Schools will continue to operate normally.

Almost the entire Costa del Sol has exceeded 500 infections per 100,000 inhabitants, which means there is a perimeter quarantine within the municipality. Marbella has exceeded 700 infections per 100,000 inhabitants. If you need to enter or leave the municipality, you must have a certificate and valid reason.
